Life on Yohelah is always good when Rob reels in fresh fish for tacos. He once caught a 45" dorado leaving Golfito in Costa Rica and we feasted on fish tacos for a long time. Even the Lennstrom family and my sister Leslie & her husband Fred enjoyed fish tacos from that same dorado when they came to visit.
Ingredients
Dorado or other whitefish cut into 1" pieces
cabbage, finely chopped
chopped tomatoes
flour tortillas
Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
taco seasoning (cumin, chili powder, cayenne)
Season fish pieces with taco seasoning and fry in small amount of veggie or olive oil until cooked. Fill tortillas with fish, cabbage and tomato. Top with sauce.
