Cook sausage, drain. In small bowl combine cheeses, fold in sausage. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds and stems. Blanch in boiling water for 3 monutes. Spoon about 1 Tbsp into each jalapeno half. Place in ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees until filling is lightly brown and bubbly, 15-20 minutes. Serve with ranch if desired.
