This is a sinfully delicious Greek spread we love on fresh Pita. We found the leftovers very tasty on chicken fresh off the grill one night.


8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. feta
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
black pepper
1 Tbsp milk

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more milk if needed. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
