It's going to blow a gale outside around the Brooks Peninsula so we have a week to explore here
Somebody miscalculated the abilities of this barge. When we came by a few days later there was a new barge loading up the logs

Anchored in Varney Bay after the Quatsino Narrows and going aground here. All you see is too shallow for our 6'2" draft.
